● Collaborated with other colleagues throughout the design process to ensure alignment with project goals.

● Created comprehensive construction drawings, including detailed sections and elevations.

● Prepared zoning hearing drawings to present and resolve regulatory objections.

● Performed Floor Area Ratio (F.A.R.) calculations to ensure zoning compliance.

● Developed as-built drawings and coordinated with contractors and the client to secure approvals on the final drawings.
